111jili Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 111jili. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online entertainment of this nature is lawful in your jurisdiction within the Philippines. 111jili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. 2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on 111jili. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration and for keeping your login credentials secure at all times. 111jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on this platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 111jili are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are processed through local Philippine payment channels and are credited to your account upon successful confirmation. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documentation before funds are released. 111jili reserves the right to apply processing times as communicated on the platform, and these may vary depending on the payment method selected. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities in the Philippines.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 111jili: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting technical errors or software bugs for financial gain; using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime; and creating accounts using false or stolen identity information. 111jili monitors all account activity and reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold funds where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected. Filipino players who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may raise a dispute through the process outlined in Section 7 of these Terms.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 111jili are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, including sports betting and Fish Game titles. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance by the platform. 111jili reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event affected by an error in odds, a technical fault, or any circumstance that renders the outcome of the event invalid. 6. VIP Programme

Participation in the 111jili VIP programme is subject to the tier requirements and benefit schedules published on the VIP page. Points are awarded based on qualifying activity and are non-transferable between accounts. 111jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected members where practicable. Cashback and other VIP benefits are subject to the terms stated on the VIP page and may carry wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Any attempt to manipulate VIP point accumulation through artificial or prohibited means will result in the forfeiture of all accrued points and may lead to account suspension.

7. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or any aspect of the 111jili platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance and provide full details of the issue. 111jili will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute relates to a specific bet or game outcome, 111jili's records will be treated as the definitive source of information unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated. Players who remain unsatisfied after the internal complaints process has been completed may seek further assistance through the relevant regulatory or consumer protection bodies available in the Philippines. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint; claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111jili platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, and game titles, is the property of 111jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 111jili. Unauthorised use of 111jili's intellectual property may result in legal action. The 111jili name and logo are trademarks of the platform and may not be used in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

111jili provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 111jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond our reasonable control. 111jili's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 111jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. 10. Changes to These Terms
